Juggling Numbers

This show explores the maths of juggling.  Dr Ken explores how equations are used to  predict the movement of juggling objects,  the development of a numerical notation to describe different tricks,  the use of virtual reality and why the development of juggling robots .

An entertaining, educational maths show inspiring curiosity for maths, science and technology.

How many tricks can one juggler perform? Will he run out patterns? Does he forget which ones have already been shown? Luckily there is a solution.

With the help of some maths it’s possible to show patterns as a sequence of numbers, discover new tricks plus explore incredible possibilities using virtual reality and robots.

This show can be combined with a how to juggle, juggling on the moon, playing with numbers juggling and advanced manipulation skills workshop.
